Okay, so I thought we were gonna be able to bail ourselves out with this IRS stimulus payment but it seems that their payment time guidelines are a bit misleading. Because my husbands social ends in 02, one would assume that they would recieve their payment by Today the 2nd of May as indicated on thier schedule, but after speaking to a customer service agent there are many more factors involved inwhich they DO NOT provide you the information to. If you filed your taxes on line and paid a fee, you will not get your taxes until after May 16th.

So here we are a couple of days ago wiping our brow thinking we could pay our rent on time......and reality is we are in the same boat if not worse becasue we cant pay and we are more than likely going to get evicted with the kids. I hate life more than ever, today more than yesterday.

 People have become incompetant in believing that their are those truly facing hardship. For some reason we are seen as the lower class of human, and immediatley labeled as untrustworthy. This country has lost compassion for one another, but hold compassion for all other countries in need, we feed the homeless in other countries before our own. Are they more trustworthy, are they of a higher class of human that I?

perhaps you should stop and think for one moment about what you just said! Some of us, even though dirt poor, keep our internet for several reasons 1) to improve our lives through college education 2) to educate our children when they are home schooled and 3) because it is our ONLY source of entertainment.

Just because I am poor does not mean I will allow you to come on this site and begin insulting people. And if you must know, my internet service is free, and the computer was donated to me...so nothing but the little extra electricity costs me anything.

It's people like you, who have lost faith to beleive that people CAN be honest and at times MUST ask for help virtually impossible to get any help. Thanks(0:

Hi, my name is Heather I am married with 4 children ages 12 down to 4. Our story is long, but would be willing to share. We need a help. Unlike so many here we have been able to save 2/3 of our rent, but still fall short. Our rent total is $950, we need $300 to pay it, and are lost as to where we can get some help. We have sold all of the things we can sell, and still fall short.

We applied for government housing aid (sect. 8) a year ago and are still on a waiting list. My husband does work. I have one special needs child, who is not admittable into a daycare facility, therefore I have to find work that is around my husbands unpredictable schedule. My husband can not change jobs do to our need to keep continual insurance for our son. We are in a mess, and need a boost. I am confident if we can get a boost, be on time for one month we can keep up with a very tight budget. We keep a very tight budget now, but because of a prior circumstace we (that I will explain privately) just have not been able to get back on track and are falling further and further into a hole. 

We live in Columbus, Ohio and are willing to do anything that is legal to repay.
